We are based in Dublin and Specialize in distribution of products to Consumer Electronics retailers in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Shane Lombard is the Managing Director of EA Accessories Ltd, the business was established in 2013.
Strategy
The Island of Ireland has a population of 5 Million people, its corresponding retail footprint is something we can easily service. However, we offer something extra to our retailers as follows.
- We don’t sell them a product we sell them a service by providing them with a mechanism to effectively sell our products. We don’t put boxes on shelves we actively provide retailers with the tools to sell our products. This we do in the following ways
- Providing training, helplines and FAQ material for our customers.
- Supplying superior web content such as Product Selectors, Wizards and add on sales tools.
- Providing bespoke Point of Sale solution and Merchandising.
- We look to provide the customer with a complete suite of products within a product category, so they do not have to deal with multiple vendors.
- We provide stock management and suggested orders based on weekly stock and sales reports.
- Our online portal allows the customer to check stock and order online, this system is integrated into our financial system.
- We supply to stores and also provide a dropship solution for retailers
